Andoni Iraola was left pleased with many of his players after seeing them turn out for their respective national teams in the past week.
The Cherries had many players jet off to their home countries for the international break with many vying for World Cup qualification.
Ryan Christie scored to help Scotland secure three points in a 3-1 comeback win against Greece.
Justin Kluivert featured for the Netherlands in both of their World Cup qualifiers, beating both Finland and Malta 4-0.
Julio Soler has helped the Argentina u’20s side to the final of the u’20 World Cup.
Antoine Semenyo also had a positive international break after securing World Cup qualification with Ghana.
Andoni Iraola was pleased for many of those players and the Bournemouth boss was keen to speak on other players who featured for their countries.
“I think it’s always good that they do well with their national teams.
“We also had Junior [Eli Junior Kroupi], who scored a couple of goals for the France u’21s.
“We had Alex [Alex Scott] who gave an assist in the last minute.
“Velko [Velko Milosavljevic] played his first game with the Serbia National Team.
“Marcos [Marcos Senesi] after some time out, started a game, got a clean sheet.”
Iraola also spoke on how the club deal with the return of their international players.
“It’s good that they come with this confidence. Obviously some of them have won and some of them have lost.
“They come in different moods but for me once they come here, we say switch on and change the mentality.
“This comes quickly. Whatever has happened, leave it until the next month when you have another chance and focus on Palace [Crystal Palace].”
The Cherries return to Premier League action on Saturday; they travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.
